Tasty, easy way to hydrate first thing in the morning!
I have end stage CKD. Not copying for dialysis which makes balancing things a little trickier. But with ceralyte 50 I can address my dehydration issues as sometimes plain water is not as easily absorbed. Also aids in keeping my potassium levels normal, along with a cautious diet. Which aids in an increase in energy. I mix this powder with naked BCAA as well to act as a supplement. That's what works for me. Ask a doctor to see what works for you.

I often use CeraLyte in the mid-afternoon during a stressful day when i just seem to run out of steam. A coffee break is not the answer, but I feel much better after rehydrating with Cera. Can't totally explain it, but it really helps.
