Used this during a 4 day endurance race through the Dolomites in Italy. I used the Ceralyte 70 at the end of each day to re-hydrate and it kept me going with no issues throughout the whole race.Ceralyte 70 along with the Ex1 during the day is my go to for tough endurance days!

After an extended delay by UPS delivering the product, it finally arrived yesterday. Like a kid on Christmas morning, I opened up the package and had my first serving. It delivered the quality that I thought it would. I’ve had an ostomy for 30 years and have always suffered from dehydration(including acute kidney failure with 4% kidney function).
