Product is great, taste kind of sucks when you drink it all day every day, and their “subscription” isn’t actually a subscription so if you’re not careful you’ll run out without noticing because it doesn’t send every month like it’s supposed to.

I have Sjogren's, so am dry even when drinking water all day. Some days, say in Summer, I needed more help, since I did pass out due to dehydration. This works for me. As soon as I feel cramping, I stir up a glass. It fixes you quickly. Also helps when getting diarrhea, to rehydrate your essentials. Highly recommend

Best Electrolytes for Me with POTS

These are really amazing and helpful. No other electrolytes work like these, but they cost so much. It’s really hard for a student. And even if u weren’t a student I have to drink 2-4 each day which makes them really difficult to afford but without them I have no life
