George Barrett President, Teva USA (Pending)   Mr. Barrett is the former President of AlPharma USA; his current company,Teva USA, is a generic OTC pharmaceutical company.

Alan Lewis Buchman MD, MSPH  is a former Professor of Medicine and Surgery at Northwestern University, Division of Gastroenterology, Feinberg School of Medicine, where he established the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center and Intestinal Rehabilitation Centers. Considered a world authority in nutrition and intestinal failure as well as inflammatory bowel disease, he has served on 21 peer-reviewed journal editorial boards, often in editor positions, and has authored more than 200 peer-reviewed articles, editorials, book chapters and three books. Dr. Buchman has received awards from societies that include the American Gastroenterology Association (AGA), American Society for Nutrition, American College of Nutrition, American Society for Enteral and Parenteral Nutrition and Southern Medical Society. He is the former president of the American Federation for Medical Research (AFMR) and served on committees that include the FDA's Gastrointestinal Drugs Review Committee for which he was acting chair, AGA's Education and Manpower and Training Committees, Council of the Central Society for Clinical Research, and National Commission on Digestive Diseases. He is past chair of the AGA's Nutrition and Obesity Section.

Daniel P. Healey State Deputy CTO, State of Maryland-DBED  Mr. Healey has over 40 years experience in commercial development, investment financing and technology and biotech development for both commerical and government sectors.

 A. Gregory Kelly, Jr., CPA and MBA, managing partner of Acadine Ventures, LLC, a Maryland-based accounting and financial consulting firm to start-up, emerging and mid-market companies, a web-site management company and a technology commercialization firm. Prior to Acadine Ventures, Greg spent almost twenty years as a member of KPMG, LLC in Baltimore, where he focused primarily on health care, high-tech, life sciences, and consumer products companies. His prior experience also includes working for companies in the fields of advertising, biotechnology and financial services, as well as serving as a principal in several technology-based start-up companies. He is currently on a number of for-profit and not-for-profit company boards, including serving as a Board member, a member of the Finance Committee and Chairman of the Audit Committee of St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, a part of Ascension Health.

Erik M. Lensch, CIMA President & CEO, Argand Energy Solutions, LLC   A resident of Maryland, Mr. Lensch holds a B.A. degree from Radford University. He also serves as vice chair of the Hopkins House Association's Capital Campaign Leadership Committee. Mr. Lensch has over 15 years of banking and management experience.

James H. Miller President, Meridian Medical Technologies   Mr. Miller was a key staff member with Abbott laboratories when ORS was first introduced in the USA; his current company manufactures first-line emergency responders such as the EpiPen auto injector.

Donald NicholsonFounder and President, Orion   Mr. Nicolson, a member of the Bio-Executive Roundtable of the Greater Baltimore Tech Council, has over 25 years of senior level management, corporate development and strategic planning experience. He was the Founder and President of AFT, Executive Director of Uppfylla and Senior Vice President of GrayDome.

Geoffrey Place Vice President, R&D (Ret), Procter and Gamble  Mr. Place was responsible for overseeing all research for Procter & Gamble, and reported directly to President John Pepper.
